Comey worried Donald Trump might lie to him, so he took notes. |
2017-06-08 |
Comey said, "A combination of things. I think the circumstances the subject matter and the person I was interacting with. Circumstances first, I was alone with the president of the United States, or the president-elect, soon to be president. The subject matter, I was talking about matters that touch on the FBI’s core responsibility and relate to the president-elect personally. And then the nature of the person. I was honestly concerned he might lie about the nature of our meeting so I thought it really important to document. That combination of things I never experienced before but it led me to believe I have to write it down and I have to write it down in a very detailed way." No 'notes' on FBI discussions with the Hildebeest. How strange. |

#5 In the finest traditions of the Deep State, 'notes' he could later selectively leak to representatives of academia and the media. |

#4 This is what you get when you keep somebody around in a high level position that you didn't personally select in the first place. |

#3 Ben Shapiro said in response to Comey's testimony: "Comey thought Lynch had a conflict of interest so he exonerated Hillary himself; he thought Trump had one, so he pushed for special counsel?" |

#2 He didn't keep notes on Hillary Well, he knows what happens to people who keep notes on Hillary. |

#1 He didn't keep notes on Hillary, Loretta or WJC during the Server-gate investigation? Comey is his own worst enemy as credibility goes. To listen to Comey testify, the Russians are everywhere, all the time. trying to rig our elections. Currently, the only election-related lawsuits involving fraud and election rigging are lawsuits against the DNC and have to do with Hillary's campaign. It is not the Russians who are being sued for election fraud and election rigging. |
