Manchester bomber Salman Abedi's barber cousin arrested as police say they now have 'key players'

An interesting comment I saw somewhere: Salman Abedi is acting like ISIS, but made a bomb like Al Qaeda.
The Telegraph liveblog stopped posting at 5:37 p.m. local time, after recording a return to the new normal: old activities have resumed under the watchful eye of more armed police and soldiers as Ramadan commences and ISIS calls for more attacks.
(Telegraph) A cousin of the Manchester jacket wallah, who runs a barber shop, was being questioned in connection with the attack on Friday night, as police said they were confident they had identified much of the terrorist’s network.
