| #5 Trump did suggest a reversal about Chinese currency manipulation the other day. I suspect the two have cut a deal and right now we are seeing the first part, non-binding words in public, before either is willing to commit to action. Still I find this very promising. |

| #2 I suspect that Trump has paid the "Face" Card with Xi. By treating him as someone important, seen to be consulting and feting Xi by the Chinese, as contrast by the disrespect they believe Obama and Fatboy showed them, will give Xi cover. |
