[AlArabiya] Airstrikes killed 85 civilians including dozens of children in Oqayrabat village in the central province of Hama, on Monday according to the London-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.The warplanes either belong to the Syrian regime or Russia.
Oqayrabat lies northwest of Palmyra, the city that was recaptured by ISIS during the weekend.
In addition to the deaths, more than 20 civilians experienced suffocation as a result of the explosive barrels dropped on the village of Hanuteh in the town of Uqayribat, where a woman and two children were killed, while many others were wounded.
