#1  Anyone watching the video shouldn't have a problem understanding what went down. What isn't being talked about is the increase in crime across the city since DoJ put a leash on the APD. When citizens fear for their life, those of their family, their property, they tend to look for someone to provide protection, and make compromises with what ever ethics they have.
