| Won't go anywhere, nor should it. It's a suit against a government official carrying out her duties. I believe the common law principle is "you can't sue the king." |

| #3 the premise that the terrorists were able to get the info on Amb Stevens from Hillary's email is somewhat ridiculous. the terrorists had contacts with the locals who were doing the various services (including security) and they got the info from those sources |

| #1 Again, Hillary was only the SecState, NOT USDOD SECDEF NOR POTUS WHOM IS RESPONSIBLE FOR WHAT DID NOT HAPPEN AT BENHAZI AS PER US MILITARY RELIEF OR ATTEMPTS AT SAME. The argument that Obama, etal. knew but left the final military or relief decision to Hillary is super-legalism for the Boids. |
