Rio Olympics: just now hiring security staff

The organizers just tossed the security firm that was supposed to do this because that firm hadn't hired hardly anybody. So now security will be done by cops who haven't been paid in months and ex-military who haven't been screened. Oh, and there are definite terrorist threat warnings out there.
