The Local.de (Germany) reports the police say the miscreant was psychologically disturbed, which could mean anything from drunk or drugged to a number of conditions. It does not rule out him being Muslim as well, and unfortunately there is no guarantee that the German authorities or German news media would share that information. |

| #1 Early stages, no reports of deaths just wounds. No indication of muzzie gunman. Non-WOT for now. And don't they ban "Assault Rifles" in Germany so they should have these types of shootings, right? |
