According to the BBC, the CII's recommendations to the government are not binding and have been ignored in the past. In response to the proposed bill, photographer Fahhad Rajper released 12 photographs of Pakistani women on Facebook and Twitter on Sunday that included the hashtag #TryBeatingMeLightly, Mic reports. |
