A federal charge has been filed against the illegal immigrant who is accused of causing a triple-fatal accident near Wylie [TX] two weeks ago.According to law enforcement officials, Margarito Quintero, who already facing a state charge for the March 31st accident that killed a Nevada [TX] Firefighter and his two kids, now faces an additional federal charge.
A complaint filed in Sherman [TX] federal court says Quintero was illegally in the country when he was behind the wheel of a van that crossed Highway 78 causing the head-on wreck that killed the three family members. Quintero had been deported once before in 2008, but he illegally came back.
So he's got two voter registration cards?
According to Department of Public Safety records, Quintero did not have a valid drivers license when he caused the deadly accident.
He didn't have two Wheaties boxtops? How about the two voter ID cards?
