#2 Airandee, the difference is that the right to bear arms is explicitly listed in the bill of rights. The right to marry whomever you want was established by court order, so it takes precedence. |

#1 I am sure that if a bakery must pay for not baking a cake for the violation of a perceived right. I am equally sure that these firearms dealers could sue these banks for turning them down in violation of the Second amendment rights. |
