[MSN] An Ohio man who rushed the stage at a Donald Trump rally pleaded not guilty "Wudn't me." Friday in federal court to a charge of illegally entering a restricted area. Fairborn resident Thomas DiMassimo, 22, is accused of jumping a barricade and charging at the Republican presidential candidate March 12 at a Dayton International Airport hangar. His attorney, Jon Paul Rion, said the Wright State University student was trying only to ensure that his political views were heard and didn't have ill intentions toward a particular person. |

#7 Was this before or after folks started punching protesters at Trump rallies? If after, it could be the secret service were told to have a light touch. |

#6 It's become glaringly obvious the Secret Service has decided to stop doing their job. This guy should have been ventilated and lying in a pool of blood while the rest of the detail moved Trump away. Thanks for your statement of this not-in-the-least-bit obvious situation. Now the barely perceptible intuition I had after reading the initial accounts of the incident has become much clearer. |

#5 If you want to have your political views heard, hold up a sign, stand on a street corner and yell it, start a blog, write an editorial to your paper, etc. You don't do it by depriving someone else of their right to express their view. Then you are a tyrant and need to be put down. |

#4 It's become glaringly obvious the Secret Service has decided to stop doing their job. This guy should have been ventilated and lying in a pool of blood while the rest of the detail moved Trump away. Since they apparently can't or won't do security anymore, let the Marines do it. Sure you may have a few extra corpses from people like this, but at least you know they will take the job seriously. |
