2016-02-24 |
![]() Capt. Bob Tamula said a militant, identified as Bugsong, was gunned down by soldiers as he attempted to kill a soldier in Kalagangan village. A peace and development team was in the area when two motorcycles with four people aboard passed by. One of the militants fired at the soldiers using a handgun, prompting them to retaliate. Tamula said, "One of the suspects identified later as alias Bugsong was hit and he fell to the ground while his companions fled." He said Bugsong was the leader of Special Partisan Unit, a hit squad of Guerrilla Front 55 of the New People's Army Southern Mindanao Regional Committee, which operates in the hinterlands of Bukidnon and Davao del Norte provinces. Tamula said the group has been tagged as behind the killing of a number of soldiers, militiamen and civilians in San Fernando and Talaingod areas. |

#3 FYI the BIFF Boyz are repor engaging in operations agz the PH Army-Police on three separate fronts. As I've said times before, where Commies go, Radical Islam's Islamists-Jihadists follow + vice versa. * MANILA STANDARD > 100 JIHADISTS [BIFF-ies] ON [Test] BOMBING MISSIONS IN MINDANAO, as trained by "Foreign Jihadists". Your High School andor University Final Exams before Graduation were never like this. |

#2 Insane to fire on a 'peace' team, or a strong need for a signature hit. I wonder who the group was covering. |

#1 So if this is true it is a big deal and great job. Killin a sparrow team member is big news. Probably the first killed in action ever. It takes months for these guys to put a hit together and it is very rare for collateral damages to occur, let alone a team member killed. If this is true, good job! |
