They won't have guns anyway (they're kooky leftists, after all) but this will get them into the government files, and that sort of thing has a life of its own. | #8 I see the SSA (Social Security) reporting all on their list receiving disability payments will be forwarded to the ATF for cross check against previous background checks OK'd for gun purchases. The ATF (famous for the Fast and Furious program) will notify those now ineligible persons to turn in their weapons or else. Hilarity ensues. |

As for using Social Security information to determine those mentally incompetent to manage their own affairs, ie. senile (and perhaps also mentally retarded or otherwise mentally handicapped), I recall how well Obamacare is at sharing information between government computers at the click of a mouse. |
