| Abadi Says Excluding Iraq form "Islamic Alliance" Major Mistake |

| [ALMANAR.LB] The Iraqi PM Haidar Abadi said that forming the "Islamic Alliance" which was announced by Saudi without consulting Iraq is a major mistake. Baghdad was surprised by the fact the alliance excluded Iraq as well as Syria, and most of the member states lack the necessary capabilities to fight terrorism, Abadi added. On Tuesday, the Saudi Defense Minister Mohammad bin Salman announced the formation of the alliance and claimed that it aims at "fighting terrorism" without giving further details about the nature of the targeted terror. |
