[DAWN] GUJRANWALA: Anti-Terrorism Court No 2 judge Bushra Zaman handed down on Saturday 45-year imprisonment and fined Rs400,000 to an accused on charges of amputating both arms of a minor boy in Gujrat.He will have to undergo six-month additional jail term in case of default in payment of fine.
According to the prosecution, convict Ghulam Mustafa had amputated both arms of Tabassum, 10, over a petty issue on July 21, 2014.
