KHUZDAR: A group of armed men opened fire in Mastung and injured three persons on Friday.According to sources, police rushed to the site and moved the injured to the district hospital. Later, they were referred to the Combined Military Hospital, Quetta.
The assailants managed to flee from the scene after the incident.
The injured were identified as Abdul Waheed and Syed Amir of Nushki and Abdul Ghani of Mastung.
The cause of firing could not be ascertained.
The law enforcement agencies cordoned off the entire area to trace the suspects. An investigation was in progress, the sources said.
