Ahmad Monir, Samangan's local police front man, confirmed the development and said that 26 anti-government armed opposition holy warriors, led by Mawlavi Abdul Karim, have joined the grinding of the peace processor. Among those who joined was Jalaluddin, the Taliban's shadow governor for Samangan province, Monir said. According to Monir, these gunnies previously carried out holy warrior activities in Aibak city, the center of Samangan province. |
