US believes ISIS leader al-Baghdadi still alive, despite Iraqi airstrike claim |

#6 Thanks for remembering that detail for me, Pappy. The concern when he was first injured was that he couldn't be a proper caliph if he was incapable of physically leading the troops. Clearly they'd found a sympathetic ruling somewhere. |
