Champ: I'ze could win third term as pres, but I won't run
2015-10-12 | |
He pointed out that it was "bittersweet" heading into his last year in office admitting that he would "love to do some more" to help the country. But he compared his own struggle with that of the nation's first president, George Washington, to explain why he would step down.

#15 Mullah Richard, Bernie Sanders is blasting the Obama economy and immigration policy every chance he gets and he's pulling big crowd. |

#14 Some were saying he couldn't possibly win with his record in 2011 as well. Too few voters even look at the records anymore. The media hides the skeletons in the Dem's closets and if they can't exploit existing ones will simply make up skeletons in the Trunks' closets otu of whole cloth. |

#13 That says they hope the voters are so stupid that they didn't notice anything. |

#12 None of the Dems in the race are running on his record. That says something. None are admonishing him for his record, either. That says something else. |

#11 None of the Dems in the race are running on his record. That says something. |

#10 Nope. Democrats are zombies. They would follow him to hell no matter what. |

#9 I agree with JohnQC, I don't think he'd get a third term. I think he'd lose in a landslide by this point. Even Democrats are tired of defending the indefensible and those that aren't wonder why he didn't accomplish more damage when he had both houses. |

#8 I wouldn't put it past him to try to do an executive order or something to keep himself in office. |

#7 Champ says a lot of things. The voters are not so enthused about him after nearly 8 years of socialism. |

#6 He pointed out that it was "bittersweet" heading into his last year in office admitting that he would "love to do some more" to help the country. We've had more than enough of your help. As for that pic, that looks suspiciously like a cigarette. Should be a joint. |

#5 POTUS Michelle. SPOTUS Barack. VPOTUS Joe Can't lose ticket. Big uproar for a couple of months, then easy win after the fuss dies down. Transition to banana republic completed. Obama's sacrifice for the good of the country. |

#4 The community he organized for was the Continental Army. |

#3 Washington was a slave owner, too. |

#2 Yeah, Champ and Washington - just alike. Well, except Washington was a soldier. And he worked for a living. Didn't play golf. Maybe a couple of other things, but basically, just alike! |
