the ephemeral Ban Ki-moon, on Friday encouraged the leaders of Pakistain and India to meet and resolve their outstanding issues through dialogue, according a report on Radio Pakistain.This was stated by UN spokesperson Stephane Dujarric while responding to a question at a UN briefing.
