| Karachi operation: Rangers nab 17 'criminals' |

[DAWN] Rangers on Thursday claimed to have tossed in the slammerDrop the rod and step away witcher hands up! 17 criminals during targeted raids in various areas of Bloody Karachi ...formerly the capital of Pakistain, now merely its most important port and financial center. It is among the largest cities in the world, with a population of 18 million, most of whom hate each other and many of whom are armed and dangerous... . Those arrested include hit mans, Death Eaters affiliated with banned outfits and kidnappers, said a Rangers blurb. Weapons were recovered from the arrested men. The Rangers conducted targeted raids in the Moinabad, Landhi, Green Town, Stylish Garden, New Karachi Town, PIB Colony, Hill Park, Gul Plaza and Liaqatabad areas. |
