Bahman Hassan, a Rudaw correspondent in Baghdad, said that according to security sources many people were killed and maimed, but he did not cite an official figure. The source said in an interview for IraqiNews.com, "The final toll of the suicide kaboom that took place in Al Wathba Square stood at 11 dead and 57 maimed, while the final outcome of the Haraj market suicide kaboom reached 13 dead and 64 maimed." The source, who asked anonymity, added: "The security forces have stepped up its deployment in a number of areas of the capital in anticipation of other bombings." ISIS claims responsipility for two bombings in central Baghdad [IraqiNews] Baghdad -- On Thursday the so-called ISIS grabbed credit for the suicide kabooms that targeted Al Wathba Square and the eastern area of central Baghdad. "Rooters" said in a report today, that the ISIS organization announced in a statement its responsibility for the two suicide kabooms in the two areas inhabited by Shi'ite citizens in the center of Baghdad.
