| Saudi policeman killed in exchange of fire with a gunman |

| [AlAhram] The Saudi Interior Ministry says a policeman has been killed and two others maimed when a terrorist attacked a security site in the Abqaiq region in the country's Eastern province. Interior Ministry front man Mansour al-Turki said the attacker tried to enter the site early Friday morning and was killed in an exchange of fire with the guards. The two injured coppers were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Al-Turki said a machinegun and live munition were found with the attacker, identified as Nawaf Menahi Shibib al-Utaibi. He did not say whether al-Utaibi was wanted by the police or if he was believed to belong to the Islamic State ...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more.
