Shocking Study: Criminals Don't Get Guns From Legal Sources |
2015-09-06 |
![]() Philip J. Cook, Susan T. Parker, and Harold A. Pollack conducted interviews with criminals being held in the Cook County Jail. Their primary findings were that criminals get guns from their "social network," i.e. friends and persons known to them, but generally not from the various legal sources available to them. They do not buy guns in gun stores. They do not get guns at gun shows. They do not buy them from Internet sources. The study even found that criminals only rarely steal guns. |

#5 I hear that in Europe they grow on trees in the park. Which isn't funny if/when the invaders start shooting things up, and they trace the weapons to 2Fast 2Furious:Benghazi Drift. |

#4 Gee... what a surprise. Any chance on some of those gun laws being rolled back? Yeah didn't think so. All about control for those fuckers. |

#3 If they did the study in Mexico they would find that criminals get their guns from Eric Holder and Barack Obama... |

#2 The study even found that criminals only rarely steal guns. Considering that the study-link in the article is bad, one is left to merely conject. They get 'em in gift bags? Prizes at Chuck E. Cheese's? [The study] concluded that since criminals do not hold guns long, “disrupting” the supply chain would have a positive effect on criminal gun use... But how this “disruption” can be achieved is not spelled out or suggested. Let the Justice Department control the illegal-weapons market? |

#1 So what. The Left's game is to punish everyone for the acts of a few if it means more power for them. It's all media based. The old saw about 'dog bites man' is not news. It's always the exception that gets the run in the propaganda mill for the Inner Party narative. Facts, truth be damned. And then they wonder why their programs and plans don't seem to work out well.
