| ISIS carries out chemical attacks in Iraq, Syria |

| #1 Islamic State has now encircled Marea that falls within a "safe zone" Turkey said last month it would set up in northern Syria to help keep ISIS at bay In other words, the Turks have had no problems generating air strikes and artillery against Kurds, but are not lifting a finger against an impending ISIS slaughter in an area the Turks said they would secure. Looks like the Turks are not only liars, but incompetent as well. |
