Yemeni Forces Seize Control over Hilltops in Southern Saudi Arabia |

![]() So having been run out of Aden, Taiz, and now Sanaa, they're crowing about their "famous victories" in occupying hills on the Soddy border. On Sunday, the Yemeni army and popular forces targeted and destroyed a Saudi military vehicle convoy in the province of Jizan with missiles. This is the Yemeni army loyal to former President-for-Life Saleh, aka The Thing That Wouldn't Leave. The Popular Committees are more popular with Houthis than anybody else. The Saudi military convoy comprising tanks and armored personnel carriers came under the Yemeni forces' attack in Jizan. Several Saudi military men were killed in the Yemeni raid on their convoy. That often happens when convoys are attacked. On Saturday, the Yemeni forces destroyed Soddy Arabia ...a kingdom taking up the bulk of the Arabian peninsula. Its primary economic activity involves exporting oil and soaking Islamic rubes on the annual hajj pilgrimage. The country supports a large number of princes in whatcha might call princely splendor. When the oil runs out the rest of the world is going to kick sand in the Soddy national face... 's al-Mamout military base in the Southern parts of the country. How many times have they destroyed it? Seems I've read this story before. Saudi Arabia has been striking Yemen ...an area of the Arabian Peninsula sometimes mistaken for a country. It is populated by more antagonistic tribes and factions than you can keep track of. Except for a tiny handfull of Jews everthing there is very Islamic... for 152 days now to restore power to runaway president Mansour Hadi, a close ally of Riyadh. The Saudi-led aggression has so far killed at least 5,518 Yemenis, including hundreds of women and kiddies. |
