Noose Tightening, Team Hildebeest blames 'Ridiculous' rules for classified materials |
2015-08-22 |
But the details included in those "Classified" stamps -- which include a string of dates, letters and numbers describing the nature of the classification -- appear to undermine this account, a Reuters examination of the emails and the relevant regulations has found. The new stamps indicate that some of Clinton's emails from her time as the nation's most senior diplomat are filled with a type of information the U.S. government and the department's own regulations automatically deems classified from the get-go -- regardless of whether it is already marked that way or not. So there goes the last of her excuses. In classic criminal fashion, Grandma immediately found fault with the rules (her campaign got this tweet out bright and early in the AM -- don't tell me they're not worried about this). Ladies and gentlemen, we give you the Vast Right-Wing Classification Conspiracy: |

#11 18 U.S.C. s. 793(f) (gross negligence) requires neither intent nor malice. |

#10 Well, it's certainly gone way beyond simple carelessness or negligence. It's pretty clear there was malice aforethought and criminal intent, so let's get on with the appropriate charges and prosecution. |

#8 Can you imagine the book Hillary could write in prison? Could you imagine the tale to be told if she covered Obama's activities the night of the Benghazi attack? That's why she'll never go to prison. |

#7 If nothing else, the Clintons are vindictive. Can you imagine the book Hillary could write in prison? Could you imagine the tale to be told if she covered Obama's activities the night of the Benghazi attack? |

#5 Rediculous? FUCK YOU. I lived with them for decades. Try and execute this traitorous bitch - and jail all those who enabled her, including the press. |

#4 #3 That had all the makings of an executive amnesty deal coordinated on the links. Recall Slick's comment prior to the 2008 election. Bill Clinton, in an effort to secure an endorsement for Hillary from Ted Kennedy, said to Kennedy, “A few years ago, this guy would have been carrying our bags.” Obama must have gotten over his snit? Or did Slick inform him that he and his legacy might go down the shitter as well as Hilda if Obama allows investigations to proceed? What baggage is Bill Clinton going to have to carry to get Hildabeest off the hook? |

#3 She's a dim bulb, woefully dull, angry, and indolent. Not much unlike the spiteful little fellow she hopes to replace. Slick has the energy, the gray matter. Notice if you will, his recent outing with the Champ. That had all the makings of an executive amnesty deal coordinated on the links. "Life is tough, but it's tougher when you're stupid." |

#2 Funny how politicians often get caught up on the rules and regulations that they themselves create. Ridiculous is not the classification rules but selective enforcement of the rules. |
