The US embassy in Kabul issued a statement warning it's citizens regarding the deteriorating security situation in the country.

"As of mid-August 2015, Afghan Taliban forces of Evil are planning to carry out an attack against a compound possibly located in the Taimani area of Police District 4 in Kabul City, Kabul Province, Afghanistan," the statement by US embassy said.

The statement further added "Additionally, the forces of Evil may be planning attacks against several targets frequented by foreigners, including Hamid Maybe I'll join the Taliban Karzai

The statement by the US embassy is followed by a series of deadly attacks in capital Kabul recently which left scores of people dead or maimed.
