130 Nangarhar Residents In Daesh Custody

Malik Kamin, one of the tribal elders of Achin district, said the 10 people were from Achin and Behsud districts of Nangarhar.

"No human has witnessed such a brutal act so far as Daesh did against civilians in Nangarhar which was seen in footage," said Asadullah, a resident of Nangarhar.

Another resident of Nangarhar, Haji Gul Ahmad, said: "Daesh has created horror in Nangarhar and has taken more than 100 people hostage."

He added: "We want the government to release the hostages."
