| 8 Taliban Insurgents Killed in Badakhshan Clashes |

| [Tolo News] At least eight Taliban bully boyz were killed during festivities with security forces in three districts of Badakhshan province on Wednesday, local officials said Thursday. Badakhshan police front man Lal Mohammad Ahmadzai said that the festivities broke out when groups of Taliban attacked security outposts in Tagab, Kofab and Shuhada districts. According to Ahmadzai so far eight Taliban including two commanders were killed and 19 others including three commanders were maimed. Taliban has yet to comment about the attack. |
