| #1 That comes as no surprise, anywhere ISIS goes, mass graves follow. Derna has been under the control of the most toxic and radical of the various Libyan militias. Derna, was/is a no go zone for anyone. I was told under no circumstances that it was safe for ANYONE in Derna. If they wanted your car or liked your Cross pen or didn't like the color of your socks, they could cook up something from the Quran or the Haditha and string you up. |
