Hyarbyar Marri, 32 others indicted in Ziarat residency attack case |

[DAWN] An Anti-terrorism court (ATC) on Sunday indicted exiled Baloch leader Hyarbyar Marri and 32 others for attacking Quaid-e-Azam's residency in Ziarat in June 2013. ATC judge Nauroz Khan Hoot has also ordered witnesses to appear before the court in the next hearing. Others accused in the case include Amanullah, Abdul Khaliq, and Aminullah. Quaid's Ziarat residency, where he spent the last days of his life, was bombed by unknown attackers on June 15, 2013. The assailants had hurled hand grenades at the building, completely destroying some portions of the monument. Baloch Liberation Army, a separatist bad boy group in Balochistan ![]() ...the Pak province bordering Kandahar and Uruzgun provinces in Afghanistan and Sistan Baluchistan in Iran. Its native Baloch propulation is being displaced by Pashtuns and Punjabis and they aren't happy about it... , had claimed the attack. |
