[NATION.PK] Former Prime Minister of Pakistain Youasf Raza Gilani, assured Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), to return the necklace of Turkish First Lady, on Friday.While recording statement to FIA, he assured that Faisal Kareem Kundi will submit the necklace soon.
On June 21, FIA served a legal notice to former Prime Minister of Pakistain Yousaf Raza Gilani, on the issue of Turkish First Lady necklace. According to the sources, the FIA has given 48 hours ultimatum to ex premier to return that necklace, otherwise legal action will be taken against him under Section 403.
Section 403 of Pakistain Penal Code-PPC suggests that "whoever dishonestly misappropriates or converts to his own use any 'movable property; shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to two years, or with fine, or with both".
