| Daesh ask people in parts of Nangarhar to take issues to their judiciary |

| [Khaama (Afghanistan)] The newly emerged Death Eater group, Daesh has asked people in parts of eastern Nangarhar The unfortunate Afghan province located adjacent to Mohmand, Kurram, and Khyber Agencies. The capital is Jalalabad. The province was the fief of Younus Khalis after the Soviets departed and one of his sons is the current provincial Taliban commander. Nangarhar is Haqqani country.. province to refer to their judiciary if there are problems. The Death Eater group has issued warnings in areas where they are operating telling local elders not to organize Jirgas and if people have issues they need to refer to Daesh. Daesh claims to have judges for making decision. Provincial council members of Nangarhar province say that Daesh has also warned women not to leave their homes without veils such as Burqa and Hijab or a religious excuse. According to the provincial council members, the Death Eater group has prohibited snuff and cigarette and threatened consequences if one is caught not obeying the orders. According to reports, Daesh has been operating under the name of Khoraasan province in parts of Shirzad, Khogyani, Shinwari, Bati Kot, Achin and Haska Mina ans some other districts of Nangarhar province. Afghan senators have warned that serious consequences will follow if the expansion of Daesh is not prevented. |
