Gov’t: Iraqi army hammers ISIS, kills 124 jihadis |

[Rudaw] Iraq's Defense Ministry announced Friday that the army's counter-ISIS operations in Kirkuk, ... a thick stew of Arabs, Turkmen, Kurds, and probably Antarcticans, all of them mutually hostile most of the time... Salahadin and Anbar provinces have resulted in the recent deaths of 124 jihadis. "Iraqi ground and air forces have been able to destroy the so-called 'Daesh's Shariia court' in Ramadi," the statement read, using Daesh, the Arabic acronym for ISIS. It added that at least eight armored vehicles belonging to ISIS in Kirkuk, Salahadin and Anbar were fully destroyed. According to the statement, the armory was full of weapons and chemical and kabooms in control of the radical fighters. |
