#9 OS, the takings clause started crumbling when civil forfeiture was created. It collapsed when the Supreme Court ruled that a city could condemn private property to build some other "better" property. |

#3 I think everyone who is in a flooded region, or Hurricane struck region (think Katrina) should now file suit against the EPA for not controlling 'their' waterways. Start filing negligent homicide charges against EPA officials when people drown in rivers, creeks, lakes, etc... (if only we could...) With authority comes responsibility. (Why do I get the feeling that rule does not apply here?) |
