| #1 My friend in the Army has stories about foreign soldiers in UN helmets commiting child sex abuse. Mostly Pakistani but there were others. It was back in the 90s and everyone knew about it but nothing was done. Some folks get all rape of Nanking when they get out from the watchful eyes of their mom. |
