Pakistan Military Claims Killing 47 Taliban Insurgents | ||||||

[AnNahar] Pakistain's military Thursday claimed to have killed at least 47 Taliban fighters in two days of
"Twenty-two bad boyz were potted in precise aerial strikes late last night in (an) area (close to) Datta Khel in North Waziristan Agency," the military said in a statement Thursday.
Thursday's attacks come the day after 20 snuffies were killed in the Tirah valley of Khyber tribal district, where the Pak Taliban and Lashkar-e-Islam ...a group of Islamic bandidos infesting Khyber Agency. It's headed by a former bus driver.... groups have strongholds. "In precise aerial strikes in Tirah, Khyber, today, 20 murderous Moslems -- including three jacket wallahs -- were killed. Destroyed hideouts of murderous Moslems include their ammo and ration dumps," the military said in a statement late Wednesday.

It is among the largest cities in the world, with a population of 18 million, most of whom hate each other and many of whom are armed and dangerous... airport ended peace talks and triggered a similar operation began in North Waziristan district. Airstrikes, artillery, mortars and ground troops have all been used to take back territory. Both conflict zones are off-limits to journalists, making it difficult to verify the number and identity of those killed.

#2 to their Gazan students, 'precise' seems to mean hitting the target country with their rockets. Oh no, Glenmore. To the Gazans, precise means hitting in the general direction of the target country. They hit Egypt and Gaza an awful lot, and occasionally Jordan as well. When they hit the Mediterranean it's because they don't want Israel to feel threatened while the latest upgrade is still under development. |
