| Taliban Sets Fire to a Mosque in Faryab |

| [Tolo News] Northern Faryab province Police Chief Mohammad Nabi Alham, said that the Taliban have set fire to a mosque in the province. According to Alham, the incident took place on Tuesday night in Arpatu village of Shirin Tagab district when Taliban members attacked the village and set fire to houses and the Arpatu village mosque. Several Holy Koran and religious books burned in the fire, Alham said. There is no report on casualties yet. Taliban has yet to comment on the incident. |
