Texas judge threatens Justice Department over Obama's immigration plan |
2015-03-20 |
U.S. District Judge Andrew S. Hanen, visibly He asked why he shouldn't grant a discovery request for internal federal immigration documents -- a request filed Thursday by 26 states that are suing over Champ's executive actions on immigration. Now scram, or I'll send Texas Rangers after your related correspondence, e-mails, and computers servers ! Hanen ordered a freeze on the Champ plan on Feb. 16 in response to the lawsuit, which accuses the administration of overstepping the president's authority. |

#4 I'm sure he is. Luckily the word is out and the Circuit Court he's in is conservative |

#2 ...I don't know. I suspect a lot of these 'refugees' will be back on the road if thing become nasty here. They want free stuff, not act as cannon fodder for one side or the other. They'll be up for the loot, but if thing take a negative turn, they'll beat feet as the nastiness turns even nastier (as civil unrest usually does) cause they'll stand out among the English speaking population. Hate to see it come that way, but history says otherwise. |

#1 it is “virtually impossible to unscramble the egg.’’ And that is exactly what the Obumble administration is counting on. |
