| Four more murder convicts being hanged at Adiala jail today |

| [DAWN] The execution of one of the five convicts in non-terrorism cases at Adiala jail on Wednesday was suspended on the direction of a court. On the other hand, two convicts in non-terrorism crimes - Nadeem Zaman and Mohammad Javed - were hanged in the jail early on Tuesday. The bodies were later handed over to their heirs by the prison officials. The jail authorities received the death warrants of Mohammad Shabir, Shaukat Ali, Talib Hussain, Rab Nawaz and Qadir Ahmed after their mercy petitions were rejected by the president. |
