2015-03-01 |
In 2012, 1,355 Israelis died of the disease - 611 Jewish men, 602 Jewish men, 50 Arab men and 43 Arab women. Dr. Lital Keinan Boker, deputy head of the ministry’s Center for Disease Control and Prevention said to mark the beginning of the month that 3,139 new patients were diagnosed in 2012 - 1,453 Jewish men, 1,274 Jewish women, 131 Arab men and 126 Arab women and the rest of other backgrounds, Although many in the population think that men are much more likely to contract colorectal cancer, the prevalence is almost equal in the two genders. |

#13 Im due for my 5 year followup - they keep finding a couple pre-cancerous things every time, snipping them, then telling me Im fine, come back again in 5 years for your next oil change. Prep is worse than the procedure for sure. |

#12 As a person who has had Arabic coffee "on-site," I can assure you that it is only in the remotest sense similar to what this lady used to peddle:![]() |

#11 I had a cystoscopy, they put me to sleep. My urologist said it was a very unpleasant procedure. I pissed blood and blood clots for three days. |

#3 Yeah, the colonoscopy itself is not so bad (yer out), but the 'prep' can be problematic. Usually stuck in one room for the 'lead-up' to the procedure. |
