Violence at traffic stops is not terrorism, despite the fact that the majority of police fatalities occurs in them. A lunatic up on the roof shooting people at random isn't terrorism--he remains a nut. A fellow who doesn't think federal and/or state laws apply to him is delusional. The guy who leaves an IED alongside a road and blows it with the intention of terrorizing people is a terrorist. He does't even have to holler "allahu akbar" when it blows. |

| #2 If you knew that the actions already taken and those to come we're such a tyrannical violation of the constitution that Americans would become convinced that their government was no longer under control and begin to act aggressively to take it back, wouldn't it be smart to set the premise to justify martial law? |

| #1 How many at the Boston Marathon? 4 dead 20+ serious injuries (including loss of limb), 20 other injuries severe enough to warrant hospitalization, and a couple dozen more that were treated at the scene who needed followup attention. All in about 5 seconds time. Inspired by and done by Islamists. So called "doemstic threat" took 5 years to accumulate 24 casualties -- all individual killings, not mass ones, no political statements about them either... DHS is full of shit - its a political tool for persecution of Obamas perceived enemies - the citizens who resist him and his fiat government. |
