Gov. Walker says he doesn't know if Obama loves his country |
2015-02-22 |
![]() I mean, I do think at a certain point you've made enough money... loves his country. "You should ask the president what he thinks about America," Walker told The News Agency that Dare Not be Named while in Washington for a weekend meeting of the National Governors Association. "I've never asked him so I don't know." Earlier in the week, former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani said during a dinner speech, with Walker in attendance, "I know this is a horrible thing to say, but I do not believe that the president loves America." The name of a spade is "spade." Democrats have assailed Giuliani for questioning Obama's love of country and urged the potential field of Republican presidential candidates to rebuke Giuliani for his comments. Indiana Gov. Mike Pence, another possible 2016 candidate, said he didn't think it helps to question the president's patriotism or motives. Giuliani, Pence said, is "a great American" who is "understandably frustrated with a president who lectures us on the Crusades, but seems incapable of calling radical Islamic violence by name." I agree with Gov. Pence. Re-hashing the patently obvious is really of little help. |

#9 While you're asking him what he thinks of America, ask him if he is a Muslim, yes or no. (There's always taqiyya, but seeing how much he dances around the question would be interesting.) |

#8 Fundamentally Transform implicitly means Does Not Like. He campaigned on Change. But maybe that was all sales pitch, perhaps somebody whose job it is to ask questions and write smartly should ask him. I'd suspect though that in general he doesn't like anyone, only surrounding himself with people he can at least get along with. Second, I think he is very uncomfortable with his social standing, he stinks of new money and unearned privilage. |

#7 Walker is smart, he didn't get dragged into a gotcha comment by lefty reporter. |

#6 The media and Dems will tilt any scandal, loose lip comment, policy ambiguity toward Walker. He will be destroyed with a thousand cuts of innuendo until he is associated with stupidity, gaffs and ineptness. Look for a Saturday Night Live lampoons of him and nightly Jimmy Fallon jokes toward him. |

#4 You referring to "God Damn America" Rev Wright's acolyte? Sat in the pews how many years drinking that up? Seven years late picking up that. Yep, I know the Permanent Party Propaganda Machine memory holed that as quickly as possible. Got to hide it from the kids as it might actually tell you something about the cretin. |
