| US may deploy ground troops to Mosul |

| [Iran Press TV] The United States may deploy ground troops to Iraq where the country's forces are planning for operations against the ISIL-held city of djinn-infested Mosul ... the home of a particularly ferocious and hairy djinn... as soon as April, a US official says. The US Central Command official told CNN on Saturday that the US military was considering a recommendation for ground troops to help Iraqi soldiers fight against the Takfiri ...an adherent of takfir wal hijra, an offshoot of Salafism that regards everybody who doesn't agree with them as apostates who must be killed... snuffies holding parts of the country, including the major city of Mosul. The military was yet busy gathering intelligence about ISIL defenses in Mosul to make sure such recommendations were necessary, the official said. |

| #6 Count will prolly hold at 1 as long as not too much of the news of US ground forces get wide distribution. I asked some folks at work last week whether they were aware that US troops were in Iraq. They didn't know. |

| #4 The current ROE's will get our folks killed (or captured). Hopefully, they'll be rescinded against ISIL/ISIS/(whatever) for the duration of this excursion, but probably not. |
