| [Iraq News] Informed source revealed to IraqiNews.com âThe Commanding General of the Iraqi Armed Forces, Haider al-Abadi, decided to appoint the Commander of the Mid-Euphrates Operations Command, General Othman al-Ghanimi, as the Deputy Chief of Staff of the Iraqi Army.â The source added âPM Abadi also decided to send the President of the Military Academy Abbas Breisam and Secretary General of the Iraqi Defense Ministry General Ibrahim al-Lami for retirement.â |
