[Tolo News] A Taliban leader and four other gunnies were killed in a clash with Afghan National Security Forces in northern Faryab province on Monday night, local officials said.Eight other gunnies were maimed including another Taliban leader in the clash.
The clash took place in Khaja Sabz Posh district of Faryab when Taliban gunnies attacked a number of Afghan police outposts, a front man for Faryab Police Chief, Sayed Massoud Yaqoubi said.
"The clash ended after an hour," Yaqoubi said. "During the clash an Afghan policeman was injured."
