| Astonishing. The WHO with a yearly budget of US$4.27 billion which failed to jump on ebola when it was only in a Guinean village back in February. Which consistently lobbied governments against travel restrictions even as the virus spread through 8 countries. and which can't even give standardised reporting of new infection rates (that finished such as it was on August 27) Has its hand out for US$230 million to 'combat ebola' Visit the link for the situation update, it's got some cool maps and graphics. |
