| Security Soldiers Killed in Helmand Suicide Attack |

| [Tolo News] An Afghan National Army (ANA) soldier and policeman were killed in a suicide kaboom on southern Helmand ...an Afghan province populated mostly by Pashtuns, adjacent to Injun country in Pak Balochistan... 's police headquarter early Saturday morning, local officials said. Another policeman and civilian were maimed in the attack. The attack took place in Lashkargah City, the capital of the province, at about 8 a.m. local time after a jacket wallah detonated his explosives near the gate of the police headquarters, Provincial Police Chief front man Farid Ahmad said. "The suicide bomber was disguised as a police who wanted to enter the building," he said. "While security guards were searching him, the bomber detonated his explosives." Ahmad added that the target was a security meeting that took place at the provincial police headquarters. No group including the Taliban has grabbed credit for the attack yet. |
